The design team created a graphic brand for each building while also creating individual identities for each community focused on inspiring first-year students through the values and imagery of UVA.

University of Virginia’s Housing and Residence Life (HRL) Department is dedicated to creating a new residential experience with the ongoing renovation of many of their outdated student housing buildings. The design team created a graphic brand for each building while also creating individual identities for each community focused on inspiring first-year students through the values and imagery of UVA. Careful attention was spent on upholding the UVA brand, interacting holistically with the architecture, and providing the aesthetic and durability that HRL was seeking.
