The graphic identity not only brands the building from a campus and wayfinding perspective, but also engages users to look for meaning and learning experiences in places that they typically wouldn’t expect.
Through graphics related to the science of the human body, each stairwell visually represents one of the three areas of science housed in the building.
The Science Hall serves as a vibrant academic center and sets a new standard of excellence for this growing institution. With its prominent campus location, the new Science Hall brings the sciences into view. The building brings together the departments of Biology, Chemistry, and Health Professions clustered into academic neighborhoods.
Custom geometric scientific structure graphics extend the height of the three stairwells facing the Academic Lawn. Through graphics related to the science of the human body, each stairwell visually represents one of the three areas of science housed in the building. These graphics, visible from the Academic Lawn, create a pivotal presence and dedication to the sciences by the university.
